We seek dynamic personalities to join our team as Junior First Officers and Cadet Pilots.
Junior First Officers
Applicants should possess an ATPL (issued by CAASL or equivalent International body).
A minimum of 3000 hours total flying time including 500 hours Turbine/Jet aircraft or a minimum of 1500 hours on Airbus A320 aircraft. 
Age to be not more than 45 years as at 1 November 2013.
Cadet Pilots
A current Sri Lankan Commercial Pilots Licence with an Instrument Rating and Multi Engine Rating or MCC (Multi Crew Cooperation) rating issued by Sri Lankan TRTO (Type Rating Training Organization). A valid/current Sri Lankan Commercial Pilot’s License should be in your possession by 01 November 2013.
Six passes in the GCE O/L examination in one sitting with four Credits passes including English, Mathematics and Physics or Science. In addition, 2 passes or more in the GCE A/L examination in one sitting excluding General English. Candidates should carry with them a certification of the above issued by the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka.
All international examinations equivalent to the above should be certified by the Department of Examinations.
A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university certified by the University Grants Commission, Sri Lanka.
Age to be not more than 35 years as at 1 November 2013/
Exposure to information technology and fluency in English.
The above vacancies are open to SriLankan Citizens only.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Training Programme conducted by the Company; those who are successful at training will be appointed as Junior First Officers. Bonding and recovery of training costs will be applicable as per Company Policy.
Based on ICAO policy, candidates are advised that with effect 1st June 2014, a Frozen ATPL shall be mandatory to apply for the position of Cadet Pilot.
